Manoochehr was born on 1955 in Mashhad. He has been fascinated by the art of Painting since he was a child. At the age of 15, he started to learn painting by observing European Impressionist masters paintings , practicing and duplicating their works. Currently he has reside in San Francisco Bay Area , California.
